Thanks for your interest in Gorilla Glass! We are primarily a wholesale company with exceptions for those items which are not stocked by one of our online or in-store retailers. We also do custom work for individuals.

Ordering

To order simply call (831) 469-3665, fax (831) 515-5106, or e-mail your order with the following details.

  1. quantity (per piece),
  2. style
  3. size
  4. color
  5. length (if non-standard, total length for retainers and labrets and wearable length for all other items).

Send us your address, telephone and email address too. Credit card information can be emailed, faxed or called in. After your order has been received our sales team will contact you with a total and an aproximate shipping date.

Wholesale orders

  1. Minimum order $100, every time.
  2. Custom work charge $15 per pair, or per piece for labrets, septum pieces and single plugs.
  3. No custom charge for length variations on plugs, labrets or retainers.
  4. No discounts apply to custom orders.
  5. Orders must be paid for with a credit card or bank transfer. Paypal may be used in some cases.

To obtain a wholesale price list email or call us with the name of your business, your federal tax ID number and an email address for an electronic copy, or your mailing address for a printed copy. We can also mail you a printed catalog if you would like one.

Retail orders

  1. We do not sell any stock items retail.
  2. Custom work charge $25 per pair, or per piece for labrets, septum pieces and single plugs. There is no $100 minimum for custom orders.
  3. For very simple modifications we will charge just $10, but extra shipping charges may apply.

Shipping

Please be aware that we are located in Oaxaca, Mexico. You need to figure an additional 2 to 4 days for your order to first arrive in Southern California. You can calculate the UPS ground, 3 day and 2 day air times from there.

For customers outside the USA you can choose USPS service from Southern California. However, we ship at your own risk. The quality and speed of service depends on your national postal service. If you do not trust your national postal service we do not recommend this option. We do not take responsibility for the package once it has left the United States. The cost varies depending on size and weight. The standard cost is $30. Only available for orders under $1500.

We recommend using international UPS express service to anyone wanting speedy delivery or to avoid mail carrier problems. Packages normally deliver within 4 days to most places in the world. The cost varies depending on size and weight. The standard cost is $60, and we offer to contribute to the cost of shipping for orders valued at a minimum of $500.

When you request a catalog or order from us we will add you to our email list for company updates, special offers and new products. It is a private list that will never be shared with anyone else. If you want to be omitted from that list please contact us.
